Quality Assurance

Screens: UV aging Test &Tensile Load Test&Test report

We carry out comprehensive quality validation for all greenhouse screens. Batch samples undergo tensile load and elongation‑at‑break tests per international standards. Using the industry‑leading ATLAS UVTest Accelerated Weathering Tester, we simulate global climate conditions for UV light‑ageing tests to assess UV resistance and long‑term stability. Our screens are SGS‑certified to DIN 4102‑1:1998‑05 Class B1 for dependable self‑extinguishing performance. This complete quality‑control system ensures robust tensile strength, weather resistance and safety for commercial greenhouse projects globally.

Aluminum : Mechanical property test& System test

We test the mechanical properties of commonly-used greenhouse aluminum alloys: 6063-T5, T6 and T66 series. Beyond material-level inspection, we run structural modelling calculations for the complete roof system using MathCad or 3D3S software. Before mass production for each project, we conduct physical assembly tests of small gable prototypes to guarantee seamless on-site installation performance.
